IGE is pretty much straight forward with their purchasing process. The web is simplistic and navigation is fool-proof for buying ISK. Upon checkout you will be contacted by IGE through a phone call if your order is large. This fraud prevention may be annoying for many, but its a way to keep them away from fraudsters.
Customer service was never the best, but I have seen improvement over the past years. Live chat responses are averaging around a minute or so. Not the friendliest customer service, but they get the job done to deliver your EVE ISK to you.
PRICE:
Prices for ISK are average among the EVE ISK shops. Not the cheapest, but neither the most expensive. I would say IGE has reasonable prices that are worth looking into.
DELIVERY SPEED:
The claim is within 24 hours, but from my experience small orders take anywhere around 1 hour to 12 hours. Large orders definitely exceed their claim of 24 hours, which is understandable. First purchase can be a hassle with the strict fraud protection that needs a land-line phone number to be tie to the credit card billing address. If you don’t then, you will get refunded and you will realise that you need to checkout again with the correct number. So don’t expect lighting delivery for your EVE ISK, especially for first time purchases.
VERDICT:
IGE is a solid choice to buy your EVE ISK as they are safe and a consistent ISK seller. Their 24/7 customer service is reachable through email and the live chat, but otherwise there is no way of contacting them. Place your bets on them. An average seller with acceptable services.
