After you pay, you have to pass through fraud screening. The verification process includes a phone call, so be sure to enter a valid phone number. By and large, the process is smooth although a bit lengthy.
The chat queue can be somewhat long and annoying, but the support staffs are friendly and speak perfect English. They are polite and knowledgeable enough. They are not online 24/7 as stated on the website though.

MOGS delivery time is not the fastest, but you get what you pay for. So it’s legit, I would say. They gave me a call when my order was ready. But it was almost midnight at the time, so I was not super impressed. The caller is clearly a native English speaker, which is assuring to know– not least because being a native English speaker is more superior, but because who would want to buy stuffs from people you can’t communicate with?! So I was asked to login to trade the ISK. The delivery was completed in about two days.
UPDATE (8/26/10)
Apparently MOGS bought stolen ISK and resold it. So the ISK I bought from them were confiscated and my account left with a negative balance by CCP. I guess it can’t be help. Eventually if you are a gamer who bends the rules, you can get punished for it. But MOGS needs to be more careful about where they get their ISK from.
VERDICT:
It’s a fairly good shop. But I would be a bit hesitant to buy from them again given recent bad experience. Although it’s fair to believe that you can’t always blame the gold seller for everything that goes wrong since you are also guilty of cheating, if I need ISK again, I will probably be trying better rated shops than MOGS before I decide to settle with one.

First purchase can be a hassle with the strict fraud protection that needs a land-line phone number to be tie to the credit card billing address. If you don’t then, you will get refunded and you will realise that you need to checkout again with the correct number. So don’t expect lighting delivery for your EVE ISK, especially for first time purchases.
VERDICT:
IGE is a solid choice to buy your EVE ISK as they are safe and a consistent ISK seller. Their 24/7 customer service is reachable through email and the live chat, but otherwise there is no way of contacting them. Place your bets on them. An average seller with acceptable services.
